S.A.C. Annual General Meeting (AGM)

The Annual General Meeting of the Songwriters Association of Canada will be held online via Zoom on August 2 at 1:00pm EST for the following purposes:
1. To approve the minutes of the AGM held on June 21, 2022
2. President’s address;
3. Annual report
4. To receive and consider the financial statements of the Corporation for the year ended December 31st, 2022;
5. To elect directors;
6. To appoint auditor and lawyer(s);
7. To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
