The Annual General Meeting of the Songwriters Association of Canada will be held online via Zoom on September 15 at 1:00pm ET for the following purposes:
1. To approve the minutes of the AGM held on October 3, 2025
2. President’s address;
3 . Annual report
4. To receive and consider the financial statements of the Corporation for the year ended December 31st, 2025;
5. To elect directors;
6. To appoint auditor and lawyer(s);
7. To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.

AGM documents will be circulated to S.A.C. members via e-newsletter.
