Join them for a weekend dedicated to examining and rewriting your songs, under the guidance of seasoned professional songwriters. With special guest Annelise Noronha.

This is NOT a webinar, nor is it a livestream with a chat window. This is live, interactive workshopping of your songs with a professional songwriter.

Yes, we all love the joy that comes with having written a beginning, middle and end of something that looks like a finished song, but our first draft is almost never the final version. Instead, we need strategies for examining what we have that’s working, what we have that’s not working as well, and the opportunities that lie before us.

Let’s start with a song critique session where a professional writer will examine your song and offer concrete suggestions to take into your rewriting. Then, we’ll put you in the writing room, and our mentors will drop in to help you unlock the potential power of your song. We’ll leave you to work some re-writing magic and we’ll come back together the next day for a second song critique session, in which we’ll examine the rewritten version of your song. Will it be finished? Probably not (don’t sweat it), but we’re pretty sure it will be well on the way towards its final form, and we’ll give you more ideas to take into your post-workshop rewriting sessions.

The entire weekend will be presented online, in Zoom meetings, designed to give you direct face-to-face interaction with our mentors and with your peers. We will use private breakout rooms when it’s time to do some writing.
