Panel 4: How To Stay Creative, Motivated & Connected (Mental Health, Following a Routine, Virtual Collaboration, Finding Gigs + Coping Strategies)

Although Black History Month is over, the conversations aren’t….We saved the last panel with the heaviest subject matter. Many music creators were hit with all kinds of setbacks to their creative process. We talked about mental health, growth, creativity and getting gigs.

With #bellletstalk launching this year’s campaign a few weeks ago, we chose to bring forth the topic of coping techniques, mental health, self care and healing modalities. All creators are on their journeys with creative development, many opted to write new material and find gigs during lockdown. We brought together producers/writers/performers who are all industry pros in their respective fields to discuss the topics at hand.
