Biography:

Matt Gerber is an Alt/Contemporary/Canadian Singer Songwriter.

Based out of Toronto, Canada, Matt has enjoyed writing and performing his own (often quirky) style of music. If you manage to attend one of his shows, you may find him behind either a guitar, a ukulele, a mandolin, a tenor banjo, a bodhran or even a didgeridoo. Quite often he will provide his own accompaniment in the form of harmonica or kazoo!

Matt has been compared to James Taylor, the Bare Naked Ladies, and even once to Ron Sexsmith (which reportedly made him blush, Matt that is).

Matt is a member of both SOCAN and the SAC (Songwriters Association of Canada), and is active in the local song writing scene in Toronto.
