Biography:
Throughout my life, I'm drawn to my piano as a therapeutic and creative outlet. Hours spent after a break-up, desire to write a song for the birth of a child, when in love or in turmoil. I create originals rather than serenade my family with the works of others, they have often thought it was the work of others. I play by ear; other musicians will comment of my ability to replicate music this way, I wish I could read and write music as they do. With the encouragement of my family, who feared my creations being lost, I began cataloging my originals with producer Brian Gagnon. He encouraged my confidence, pushed me in directions I hadn't considered and I found a passion. I have found a creative outlet that brings me alive and I am pursuing it more formally as a way to not work another day in my life, rather create until my end has come.
